Our candidate screening process involves multiple sources such as networking with existing top talent, sourcing, sponsored events and much more. Once our technical recruiter determines that a candidate is a qualified match, candidates undergo multi-hour written and practical skill testing and evaluation. We can even administer additional client-specified tests in most cases
Resume verification and reference checks are used to confirm work habits, technical capabilities, professionalism and a successful work history. We ask all candidates to provide at least three work-related references. We do more than just validate these references - we also investigate team dynamics, soft skills and technical proficiency.
