Vacation Pay

All talent earns paid vacation based on the annual number of hours worked. You can choose to be paid or take time off.

Holiday Pay

Associates are eligible to be paid for six holidays per year based on projected annual hours worked.

Special Events

Throughout each year, we recognize our talent in a variety of ways with such as birthday greetings, exemplary service awards, paid personal days and gift for outstanding achievements. In addition we host networking events and social gathering so you can meet the rest of the Tridenta talent team members.

Tridenta was founded in 2004 by business and technology professionals who saw a need for a more direct, transparent, employee driven and client focused technology and staffing company.
